Worst lip balm ever, my lips are still dry, even after application. What is it doing? What is it, is it moisturizing, or is it just there for like fun?

It layers perfectly on the lips, and has such a nice texture feel to it. I won’t mention the gorgeous case which is, by the way, refillable.
