It doesn't lift my base. It blends in beautifully I can have it sheer like this if I want. I do like a good sheer blush Some people don't and that's okay. You can build it up, which I love

It has no pigment because it’s covered in a layer of oil. It happens when your brush is wet when you swipe it on the powder.
