I bought one recently and it felt dry not the cooling wet texture you describe. I wonder if they always end up drying out.

I love the payoff but both times I’ve purchased the product literally falls out of the conponent.

Make sure you’re putting the sponge back in it when you put it up, it keeps it from drying out!

I feel like the Glitter Pup is a nice in-between for a full-on glitter and just glow. You get a little bit of both with this one and I really like it.
