These are some of my all-time favorite eyeliners and they come dual-ended, but you know what? They will dry down quick and they will not budge.

The only reason this doesn't get a 10 out of 10 is because it is not a retracted eyeliner.

It glides on so smooth... It stays put all day which I really love I definitely recommend 10 out of 10.
