It's definitely a drier formula. By the second coat, my lashes were already drooping. I do think this would look great on somebody with naturally curly lashes, but mine eventually fell

If you guys love a dry formula, this is it. Like a dry formula that doesn't clump and that you can really still work through your lashes. This is perfect to pick up.
