i’ve been using this pencil for the longest time it’s my fave as well. it definitely smudges, but i love that abt it! super easy to blend into a halo eye, super creamy to not drag on sensitive eyes.

It’s a nice pencil buuuuut it does not dry down trust me. I do my make up at 5 am and don’t take it off till 7 pm and it smudges so badly. It does not last on waterline.
